Notes 9 Data Directory

Hi

We are currently running Notes 7 via Citrix.  Each users Data directory is located on their Home Drive and includes the users notes.ini, ID file, nsf's, ntf's etc.  We are upgrading to Notes 9 and i am planning on replacing most of the existing files (where applicable) with the new ones from Notes 9 but there are directories in the Notes 9 Data folder called.....

 

Domino

     HTML

     icons

     java

     js

 

What are these for as there are over 6000 files and i don't want to copy these to the users Home Directories if i can avoid it.
